credit card designated on your account will be billed the
applicable subscription fee then in affect at the time of

upgrade to a higher subscription level, the credit card
designated on your account will be billed for the difference in
price. Interruption of Service: Changes to
Services and Terms of Service We reserve the right at any

or portions thereof; and the subscription and subscription
plans, including without limitations making changes to any

services, or any part thereof, for which you subscribe is
permanently discontinued or canceled by StashSpace, your
subscription will terminate and we will have no further
liability to you. In addition there may be occasions when
the Hosting Services are interrupted such as for maintenance,

StashSpace shall have no liability to you for any interruption,
suspension, discountenance or unavailability of the hosting
services for any reason, or for any loss of or inability to
access any videos or other media stored on the site. You
are solely responsible for making backup copies of video,
photographs, or other media or content you post to the site.
